Personal: LaMuriel Michelle McMurray is from Charlotte, North Carolina...She is the daughter of Rita and Rodney McMurray. A graduate of Vance High School where she first started her cheering career. Came to Winston-Salem State University five years ago which makes her a senior that is double-majoring in Business Management and Management Information Systems. She started cheering at WSSU her freshman year on the Junior Varsity (White Team) team before being moved to Varsity (Red Team) her sophomore season, where she has been ever since.
