2024: played in all 10 games for the Rams, he total 1 touchdown, 163 Yards, 3 reception, 27 receiving yards.

2023: played in all 10 games for the Rams, he totaled 124 carries for 502 yards and 4 touchdowns, 4 receptions for 26 yards. Against Lincoln he rushed for 104 yards on 19 carries and 1 touchdown with 1 reception for 17 yards.  

2022: Asa Barnes played in seven games for the Rams, finishing the season with 123 total rushing attempts, 507 total rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns, six receptions, and one receiving touchdown. His longest rushing touchdown was for 31 yards in a 17-10 victory over Shaw (Oct. 15). His longest receiving yards was 36 against Livingstone on October 8th.

Personal: Asa is a transfer student from East Carolina University. He joined the Rams in the fall of 2021. He attended Village Christian Academy and played running back and linebacker for his school football team. He earned the accomplishment of “MVP in 2018 on the State Championship winning team” during his high school career, along with the accomplishment of making the honor roll. He is a Business Management major and is the son of Keith and Klarissa Barnes.
