Rams Take 8-1 Loss at Catawba

SALISBURY, NC - The Winston-Salem State Rams (1-6) took an 8-1 loss at Catawba, Tuesday. The Rams gave a great effort, but came up short against the talented Indians team. WSSU senior Brian Coxton picked up the sole point for the Rams with a 6-2, 2-6, 10-5 singles win in the match.

Though the Rams took the overall loss, the team had some solid efforts with freshman Nick John adding a 7-5, 7-5 loss in singles play.
