Great Lady Ram Efforts Highlight Day One of National Bowling Classic

LAUREL, MD - The Winston-Salem State Lady Rams (10-41) enjoyed one of their best outings of the season when the team posted three game wins on the first day of the National Bowling Classic hosted by Bowie State University. The Lady Rams went 3-3 on the first day of the event with a number of top performances by the Lady Rams.

WSSU had one of their best days of the season with wins over Lincoln (817-702), St. Paul's (832-778), and Coppin State (734-682). The day featured some stellar individual performances by the Lady Rams with senior Keisha Morrison leading the way with a 999 total pinfall for the day. Not far behind was junior Christina McDowell who added a 996 total pinfall for the day as well.
