Personal: Britney will join the Lady Rams softball squad as a member of a large, talented class of newcomers this fall...She is a talented player from Shadow Ridge High School in Las Vegas, Nevada...She was a leader on a great Mustang team that won three Sunset Regional Championships from 2007-09 and Sunset Divisional Championships in 2008 and 2009...She was a second team all-conference player in 2008 and 2009 and was named team MVP in 2009...She also took home the Coaches' Award in 2008...Britney is no stranger to success as her Mustang team posted a 25-4 record from 2005-09 with head coach Cynthia Winter...Britney is a Sports Management major and is the daughter of Jayme Brown and Keefe Cato...Her father was a former baseball player at Fairfield University.
