To Whom It May Concern:
The Young Alumni Gym Jam and The 4th Quarter (thereafter regarded as "we") are pleased to sponsor Winston-Salem State University's Athletics department with a donation in the amount of $20,000. The details herein describe how we would like the funds distributed including the establishment of a scholarship.
Education is the gift that lasts a lifetime. As alumni of the illustrious Winston-Salem State University, we are truly proud to live by our alma mater's motto; "enter to learn,
depart to serve". We are delighted to establish the J.A.A.A.L. Legacy Scholarship fund at Winston-Salem State University. Named after the first born child of each facilitator of The 4th Quarter and YAGJ (Oscar Ball III, Montrell Davis, Fred Mitchell, Adreanna Williams Johnson, Lance Sanders, and Devin Pass) this scholarship epitomizes student athletes' success in the classroom while upholding the standards of the university, and highlights student athletes that are positive role models for our children and future
Any student athlete in good academic standing with the university is eligible to receive funding through the J.A.A.A.L. Legacy Scholarship fund. No minimum G.P.A. or classification required. It is our hope that this scholarship benefit as many student athletes as possible.
In living honor of Jayla K. Ball, Aidan C. Davis, Alyssa N. Mitchell, Avery R. Johnson, and Landon N. Sanders, we present to Winston-Salem State University the J.A.A.A.L.
Legacy Scholarship Fund.
