Biography

2019: Tony had a solid first season with the Rams. He showed a steady improvement throughout the season. He opened the season with a 41:29.7 at the Fleet Feet Invitational and improved to finishing the seaosn with a 35:30.6 at the 2019 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Men's Cross Country Championship. His best time of the season came at the Livingstone Cross Country Invitational where he ran a 35:30.6. He also ran an impressive 36:05.5 at the Cedric Walker HBCU Challege at the Great American Cross Country Festival. 

Personal: Tony joined the Rams in the fall of 2019.
