ALLENDALE, MI – The Winston-Salem State Lady Rams track & field team continued to roll on as they sent another qualifier to the finals of the 2015 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championship Meet. The Lady Rams' 4x400m relay team won the opening heat of the event to place third and qualified for the event finals tomorrow.
The WSSU 4x400m relay team ran a 3:43.27 to win the opening heat of the event and advanced to the finals of the event. The time was just shy of their best time of the season for the Lady Rams.
WSSU senior sprinter Nya Michaux competed in the women's 200m dash preliminaries as well where she placed 12th with a 24.32.
