Inclement Weather Doesn't Slow Rams at Colonial Relays

WILLIAMSBURG, VA – The Winston-Salem State Rams didn't allow inclement weather to slow them down when they turned in some great performances at the 52nd Annual Berkeley Realty  Colonial Relays, Friday. The Rams powered through for strong results amidst some inclement weather that included a two-hour delay. 

The Rams got the day started with some great performances on the track. Freshman Kayla Foy led things off with a second-place finish in the women's 100m dash when she ran an 11.95. Senior Ty-Leah Hampton placed fourth with a 12.10. Fellow freshman Cierra Thompson added a 10th place finish with a 12.43. Senior Rachel Bonham also had a solid day, placing 18th in the women's 100m hurdles with a 15.18.
