2016-17: Rachel stepped up for a solid junior season with the Rams…She had one of her best performances in the indoor season when she ran a personal best 9.39 in the 60m hurdles at the 2017 CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships…She also placed second in the pentathlon at the meet with 3,027 points…She continued to improve during the outdoor season when she won the women’s high jump at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational with a 5’1” (1.55m) jump…She also matched that performance when she placed second in the women’s high jump at the 2017 CIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2015-16: Rachel had an impressive sophomore season with the Rams… She led the team to the 2016 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Indoor Track & Field Championship where she was named the field events MVP after winning the women’s high jump with a 5’1” (1.55m) and placing 6th in the women’s 60m hurdles (9.43)…She also placed second in the women’s pentathlon with 2,898 points….She had a solid outdoor season that included placing second in the high jump at the 2016 CIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a 5’3” (1.60m) jump…She also placed seventh in the women’s 100m hurdles with a 14.83.

2014-15: Rachel was limited in her meets during the 2014-15 season…She competed in three indoor track & field meets, but no outdoor meets.

Personal: Joined the Rams in the fall of 2014…She is a 2014 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School…She earned four varsity letters in track & field in both jumps and sprints.
