The Rams defeated Le Moyne 83-81 in overtime and Lake Erie 70-73 to win the Gary Miller Classic on the campus of Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Samage Teel was named tournament MVP after finishing with a game-high 20 points against Lake Erie. Jaylon Gibson was named to the All-Tournament team after finishing with 30 points against Le Moyne.

Week three of the Atlantic Region poll came out and the Rams have moved up two spots to be ranked at number seventh.
Scouting Report
This will be the third CIAA opponent in a row for the Wildcats after competing in the JCSU Tip-Off over the weekend. Johnson & Wales fell to Johnson C. Smith 84-78. Fred Patterson led the Wildcats with 17 points, while Ray added 16. Zyrion Wilkins scored 12 points and pulled down 9 rebounds, while Benson-Hollinhead recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 boards.
