Winston-Salem N.C.- The Winston-Salem State University volleyball team fell to Emory & Henry in three straight sets (25-19, 25-23, 25-19) in Whitaker Gymnasium Tuesday night.

The Rams moved to (6-12, 3-4 CIAA), while Emory & Henry improved to (6-10, 2-6 SAC).

How it HappenedÂ
In set one the Rams kept the score close but never could take the lead, which allowed the Wasps to use a 5-0 run to close the first set 25-19. Set two, the Rams got off to a hot start using a 5-0 run to gain a 15-11 lead, the Wasps edged out the Rams 25-23. In set three the Wasps kept the momentum jumping out to a 6-1 lead and was enough to win the third set 25-19.
