CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Winston-Salem State University volleyball team swept Johnson C. Smith 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-14) Monday night inside Brayboy Gym.

The Rams improved to 6-11 (3-4 CIAA) on the season.

How it Happened
The Rams used 10 kills and 21 total attacks to take set one from JCSU 25-18 and lead 1-0 in the match. Set two was pretty evenly matched with a few ties, but the Rams took a 15-10 lead and never looked back. They won the set 25-19 and led the match 2-0. They earned the sweep after taking set three 25-14.
