ELIZABETH CITY N.C.- The Winston-Salem State University volleyball team fell to Elizabeth City State University 3-1 (25-16, 25-17, 25-23, 25-21) Tuesday night.

How it Happened
Set one the Viking jumped out to an early 6-0 lead as the Rams battled back. The Viking used another 6-0 run to put the set away 25-16. In set two the Rams took their first lead of the game using a 5-0 run, The Vikings answered back with a 6-0 run to regain the lead and winning the set 25-17. Set three despite a Vikings 8-0 run the Rams fought back and won the set 25-23. Set four the Vikings took an early 3-0 lead and never looked back, taking the set 25-21.
