WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Winston-Salem State University men's basketball team will participate in the Chris Paul HBCU Tip-off Challenge in Uncasville, Connecticut on December 19-20. The Rams will take on Kentucky State University on Thursday, December 19th, tip-off is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.

Last Time Out
The Rams fell to the University of Fort Lauderdale 90-80 on Saturday, December 14th.
Micah Jones led the Rams with a game-high 20 points, followed by Welsey Tubbs III with 18 points and seven rebounds,
Tyre Boykin scored 12 points and
Lorenzo Caldwell chipped in with nine points and 12 rebounds.

The Thorobreds fell to Clark Atlanta 81-69 on Monday, December 16th. Montrell Jacobs leads in scoring with 15.4 points, followed by Jay Murrell with 12.9 points, and Jalon Andrews with 12.3. The Thorobreds are averaging 66.4 points a game.
