WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Winston-Salem State University men's basketball team will wrap up their homestand, hosting Carolina Christian College on Monday, December 9th. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. inside C.E. Gaines Center.

Series Information 
This will be the first all-time meeting between the Rams and Centurions. 

Rams Returners:
The Rams brought back four returners from last year's team, sophomores Lance Gill, juniors Stefon McLead, Jeremy Dixon, and senior Ralph Bland. 

Ram Newcomers:
During the off-season, the Rams welcomed 11 newcomers freshman CJ Alston, Khyelle Ingram, Samuel Newkirk, Samuel Hood, redshirt freshman Masuan Moore-Byrant, sophomores Jaiden Thompson, and Wesley Tubbs, juniors Lorenzo Caldwell, Tyre Boykin, Abou Camara, and senior Micah Jones. 

CIAA Preseason/Poll
The Rams were selected to finish fifth in the CIAA preseason poll.

Last Time Out
The Rams fell to Lander University 78-66 on Tuesday, November 26th. Micah Jones led the Rams with 17 points, Tyre Boykin scored nine points, followed by Welsey Tubbs III chipped in with seven points.

Scouting Report
The Rams are led by Micah Jones with 16.5 points a game, followed by Wesley Tubb III with 10.8 points. 
Carolina Christian College (1-11, 0-0 NCCAA)
The Centurions fell to Johnson C. Smith University 93-61 on Saturday, November 23rd. 

Up Next 
The men will travel to Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands to participate in the U.S Virgin Islands Classic from December 13th-December 15th. The Rams will first take on Albany State on December 13th at 1:00 p.m.
