WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Jamieson Alston from the Winston-Salem State University football team has earned Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) weekly honors for week seven, the league announced Monday afternoon.

Alston (Fayetteville, NC)  had 16 total tackles (13 solo, three assists) and three tackles for loss in last week's contest against Shaw.

Alston and the Rams will be back in action on Saturday, October 18, hosting Livingstone College for homecoming. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
