WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Jamieson Alston from the Winston-Salem State University football team was selected to the HBCU Legacy Bowl.

Alston, a senior from Fayetteville, North Carolina finished the season for the Rams being named the CIAA Linebacker of the Week twice this season. He led the conference and team in tackles (82), 44 solo and 37 assists. He also recorded 12.5 tackles for loss for 46 yards. He had one interception, one pass breakup and one force fumble.

The game will take place in February in New Orleans.
