Rams Returners:
The Rams brought back eight returners from last year's team, sophomores CJ Alston, Khyelle Ingram, Samuel Newkirk, redshirt sophomore Masaun Bryant, juniors Lance Gill and Jaiden Thompson, senior Abou Camara and redshirt senior Tyre Boykin.
Ram Newcomers:
During the off-season the Rams welcomed seven newcomers, freshmen Bryson Cowan, Arrington Kee, sophomores Treyton "Tre" Crite and Isaiah Sutherland; seniors Demetri Patterson and Isaiah Ray and redshirt senior Ethan English.

Overall, the Rams were selected to finish 12th in the CIAA preseason poll.
CIAA Weekly Awards
Abou Camara was named CIAA Defensive Player of the Week for week eight.
Last Time Out
The Rams fell to Johnson C. Smith University 76-64 on January 29. Khyelle Ingram led the Rams with a season-high 27 points and nine rebounds, followed by Abou Camara with a double-double of 15 points and 13 rebounds, Tyre Boykin chipped in with 10 points.

Tyre Boykin is the Rams' leading scorer with 19.4 points per game, followed by Khyelle Ingram with 10.2 points per game. WSSU is averaging 74.2 points per game.
