2022: Karron played in all nine games for Winston, recording 26 tackles (15 solo) and 11 assists. He recorded 5.5 TFL for 28 yards and 5.5 sacks for 23 yards. The Rams defense was ranked nationally and recognized by the AFCA. They finished the season #10 in total defense, #1 in first down defense in the nation, #4 in red zone defense in the nation (All of D2) for the CIAA they finished #1 in total defense in the CIAA, #1 first down defense, #1 in red zone, #2 in rushing defense, and #5 in passing defense.
2021: Played in six games for the Rams recording 19 tackles (11 solo) with eight assists, had two TFL for eight yards, also recorded one sack for six yards.
2020: Season canceled due to concerns of COVID-19
2019: Karron stepped into a leading role for the Rams in every facet last season. He played in nine of the team’s 10 games and finished the season with 34 total tackles (14 solo). He also added 3.5 tackles for a loss of 17 yards, including three sacks. He also made strides off the field, serving as the team’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative and he earned a spot on the Fall, 2019 and Spring, 2020 WSSU Dean’s Lists. Â
2018: Played in eight of the team’s nine games. He finished the season with 10 total tackles, including 1.5 tackles for a loss of 10 yards. He also added a sack.
2017: Did not compete for the Rams. Earned a spot on the Fall, 2017 Dean’s List.
Personal: Karron joined the Rams in the fall of 2017 after graduating from nearby Mount Tabor High School where he had a terrific career. He was named the 2016 CPC Special Teams Player of the Year. Academically, he was equally impressive as he earned a place in the National Technical Honor Society. He is an Exercise Physiology major and he is the son of Bobby Sinclair, Jr. and Mahogany Jeter.
