Winston-Salem State University

2020: Anastasia was off to a strong career with the Rams before the season was ended. She played in all 18 of the Rams' games before the season was cut short. She compiled a .297 batting average after she went 11-for-37 at the plate with two doubles, a triple, and a home run. She also added nine  runs with five RBI. Offensively, her best game came against Clark Atlanta when she went two-for-four at the plate with an RBI and two runs scored. She was also the Rams' top pitcher. She made 12 pitching appearances for the team with nine starts. She finished the shortened season with a 5.04 earned run average (ERA) in 65.1 innings. She totaled 48 strikeouts. She also held Clark Atlanta to just one hit with five strikeouts in just four innings of play. 

Personal: Anastasia joined the Rams in the spring of 2020. She comes to Winston-Salem State after attending Dyersburg State Community College for a year. She is a 2018 graduate of Western Canada High School where she earned several honors...She was a First Team All-Athletics honoree and she held a 3.8 grade point average (GPA). She was also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Society. She is a Psychology major and she is the daughter of Jerrie Lynn and Kevin Morrison.
