Biography
2021-2022: Hailey has was a huge contributor to the team with 17 offensive rebounds, 34 defensive rebounds, 45 assists, and 13 steals. She won the Women's Lowes Senior Class Award
2020-2021: No season due to Covid-19
2019-20: Hailey made a big step forward during her sophomore season for the Rams. She became a consistent performer for the team. She played in 30 of the team's 31 games with two starts. She finished the season with 61 total points with 60 total rebounds. She also added 29 assists and 18 steals. Her best game came against Converse when she recorded a season-high 12 points. She also had a career-high five assists against Fayetteville State.
2018-19: Hailey had a solid freshman season for the Rams. She worked her way into a starting role before being limited by injury. She finished the season averaging 3.8 points per game with 57 assists and 30 steals. Her best game came at Claflin when she scored a career-high 16 points. She also had 10 points against Saint Augustine's.
Personal: Hailey joined the Rams in the fall of 2018. She is a 2018 graduate of William A. Hough High School. She is a Computer Science major and she is the daughter of Karen and Michael Gipson.
