2014: Colby saw time as a utility player for the Rams in 2014 before solidifying his role as the starting shortstop…In 110 at bats, he batted .291 with five doubles, four home runs and 18 RBI. 2014 Highlights: Went two-for-five with two home runs and three RBI against Lander on 4/2/14…Went one-for-two with a home run against Elizabeth City State on 3/30/14…Went two-for-four with an RBI against Lincoln (Pa.) on 4/12/14.
2013: Played a role as a utility infielder last season for the Rams totaling 10 RBI in 25 At-bats…2013 HIGHLIGHTS: Went 1-2, with an RBI and a run scored vs Millersville on 2/10/13…1-3 including a HR, 3 RBI, and a run scored against Davis & Elkins on 2/25/13….Collected a hit, RBI, and BB against Claflin University on 3/2/13…Was 1-1 including a double and 2 RBI against Shaw University on 3/9/13…1-2 with a run scored on 3/14/13 against Morehouse College and 1-2 with a run scored on 3/16/13 against Lincoln University…Belted a go-ahead 3-run home run against Elizabeth City to put WSSU ahead in the Rams final regular season CIAA conference game in 2013 on 4/14/13.

HIGH SCHOOL: Colby played high school baseball at Southeast Guilford…….was named most improved player in 2009 and all-conference in 2010, 2011.
