Personal: Richard is a graduate student at Winston-Salem State University, who joined the Rams in the fall of 2021. He attended West Mecklenburg High School, then earned his bachelor’s degree from Fayetteville State University. During his time at West Mecklenburg, he earned the accomplishment of becoming Quarterback of the year. He also earned accomplishments off the field as a member of his high school honor society. Richard is an MBA student and is the son of Richard Latimer III and Wanda Williams.
