Biography

College:  Nate played at Iowa Central Community College before joining the Rams. 

High School: Nate attended Beckman High school in Dyersville, Iowa where he was a first team all-region and all-conference baseball player.  He also was a member of a state semifinalist football team in 2012 and a state champion baseball team in 2012.

Personal:   Nate is the son of Dean and Lynn Steger. He is an accounting and finance major. 

Favorite things about WSSU baseball thus far: The team unity and family bond.

Coach Ritsche on Steger:  "Nate has the potential to be an immediate impact for us this spring as a 3B/SS and a pitcher.  He has great hands and a strong arm and we know he can hit based on his sophomore season at Iowa Central CC.  He's also a strong student."
