Personal: Randal joined the Rams in the spring of 2017…He comes to Winston-Salem State after two seasons at Catawba Valley Community College where led his team to a 2015 conference and region championship…He was also a two-time all-region selection and made an appearance in the 2015 junior college world series…He is a 2014 graduate of Maiden High School where he led the team to a 2012 conference tournament championship…He was also a two-time all-conference selection, the team MVP, and the team defensive player of the year…He is a Sport Management major and the son of Amarillis Ortiz and Edwin Alicea.
