2013-14: WyKevin continued his stellar career at Winston-Salem State with a great junior season…He finished the season as the team’s third leading scorer, averaging 13.9 points per game…For the season, he totaled 402 points…His strong scoring efforts came in addition to his usually impressive rebounding efforts as he led the team in rebounding for the third straight season and ranked among the leaders in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA)…For the season, he totaled 273 rebounds to lead the conference for the second time in his career…He averaged a conference-best 9.4 rebounds per game…He best effort of the season came at Livingstone and at Chowan when he scored 27 points in both games…He also pulled in a season-high 16 rebounds against Virginia Union, one shy of tying his career-best…He also set a career-high with four blocked shots against Allen. 

2012-13: WyKevin followed up his fantastic freshman season with another great season with the Rams…He finished the season ranked second in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) in rebounding with 196 total rebounds and averaged 7.0 rebounds per game…He recorded three of the team’s four double-doubles last season with 11 points and 10 rebounds against Anderson, 15 points and 10 rebounds against Elizabeth City State, and 19 points and 10 rebounds against Shaw...He also recorded a career-high 13 rebounds against Saint Augustine’s…He also added a season-high 19 points against Shaw…For his efforts, he earned a spot on the 2012-13 All-CIAA team for the second straight season.  

2011-12: WyKevin has a great freshman season that saw him make a huge immediate impact on the Rams this season…In just his first season with the team, he became the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) leading rebounder with 241 total rebounds for the season and an average of 8.3 rebounds per game…He also had some solid offensive performances as well…He scored a career-high 24 points to lead the Rams to a win over Virginia Union…He also pulled in a career-high 17 rebounds in the game as well…He scored 17 points in two other games as well…For the season, he ended with eight double-digit rebounding games…For his efforts, he was named the 2012 CIAA Rookie of the Year and earned a spot on the 2011-12 CIAA All-Conference team.

Personal: WyKevin joined the Rams in the fall of 2011 where he was a talented newcomer to the team…He was a 2011 graduate of Bertie High School where he earned numerous high school honors…He is the son of Kenneth and Glynis Bazemore.
