Biography

2016: Played in 52 games for the Rams and finished the season with a .324 batting average, going 57-for-176 at the plate...He finished the season with 43 runs scored, 15 doubles and six home runs.

Personal: Ivan joined the Rams in the spring of 2016…He comes to Winston-Salem State after attending Catawba Valley Community College where he led the team to a Region X Southeast Championship and was selected to the DII Juco All-World Series team…He is a 2013 graduate of Hopewell High School where he earned all-state honors…He is a Physical Education major and is the son of Ivonne Rodriguez de Acuna and Jesus Acuna.
