2011 • JUNIOR SEASON (Kutztown University):  A transfer from North Carolina A&T, Boles pitched seven games and started in five in his junior season……..was 2-0 on the year and held a 4.55 ERA……..His two wins came in consecutive starts against Shippensburg and Millersville on Mar. 26 and Apr. 3, respectively……..against Ship, Boles threw a season-high six innings while scattering just three hits with three strikeouts……..finished the year with 24 strikeouts in 27.2 innings pitched.

HIGH SCHOOL: At West Stokes High School Nich earned All-Conference twice on the baseball diamond. 

PERSONAL: Nick is the son of Terry and Cindy Boles……..major is Exercise Science…….favorite team is the Atlanta Braves…….favorite athlete is Chipper Jones……..favorite thing about WSSU Baseball is the workouts in the weight room.

COACH RITSCHE ON BOLES: Boles has experience pitching at the Division I and II levels.  We are excited that he came back to his home town to play his final year of college baseball.  He will most likely work out of the bullpen for us early in the season but will spot start when needed.”
