Winston-Salem State University

Deja joined the Powerhouse of Red & White in the fall of 2019 as a member of the White Team...She came to Winston-Salem State after attending Campbell University...She is a 2017 graduate of Winston-Salem Preperatory Academy in Winston-Salem, N.C....In high school, she earned several honors in multiple sports...She was a Captain on her cheerleading team...She was also a member of a championship track & field team...She was honored as Most Athletic...She was also a star in the classroom where she was a Crosby Scholar and a member of the National Honor Society...She kept up her high academic efforts when she earned a spot on the Dean's List in college...She is a Healthcare Management major and she is the daughter of Yolanda and Derrick Reid.
