Biography

Shakim earned a spot on the Powerhouse of Red & White Red Team in the fall of 2021. Prior to coming to Winston-Salem State University, he attended Livingstone College. He is a graduate of North Brunswick High School where he had a great career on the cheer team. He was named Most Improved, and he earned the Cheerleader of the Year Award. He is the son of Anthony Floyd and Shanice Murphy.
