Winston-Salem State University

2019-20: Dontae had a great senior season for the Rams. He started in all 29 games for the Rams. He finished the season with 165 total points along with 79 total rebounds. His best game of the season came at Livingstone where he scored 14 points against the Blue Bears. He also scored 14 points against Elizabeth City State as well. 

Personal: Dontae joined the Rams in the fall of 2019. He comes to Winston-Salem State University after spending three seasons at the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore. He missed the 2017-18 season due to an injury. He is a graduate of Saint Anthony's High School where he led his team to the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Championships in 2014. Individually, he earned several honors, including being a first team All-League selection as well as his conference MVP. He is the son of Michelle Coffman.
