Biography

Preston joined the Rams in the fall of 2013 where he was one of many talented newcomers to the team…He comes to Winston-Salem State after playing three seasons at Western Carolina…He is a 2010 graduate of 71st High School and a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina…He earned several high school honors, including being named a McDonald’s High School All-American nominee…In addition to his athletic accolades, he was also impressive in the classroom where he was named to the spring 2013 Dean’s List at Western Carolina…He is a Management Information Systems major and the son of Preston Ross, Jr. and Warrenette Ross.
