Biography
2023-2024: Kennedi Simmons played 29 games and started in 17 and was averaging 24 minutes per game. Simmons averaged 9 points per game, and was 43% FG, 36% from the three, and 77% FT.
2022-2023: Simmons played in 23 games this season and started 15 of them. She was second on the team in scoring averaging 9.1 points per game and she also averaged 4.3 rebounds per game.
Kennedi joined the Rams in the fall of 2020. She is a graduate of Southeast Guilford High School where she earned several honors. She was an all-conference, all-district, and all-area honoree. She also earned conference and area player of the year honors. She was also the State Championship MVP. Academically, she earned a place in the National Honors Society. She is a business major and she is the daughter of Maria and Troy Simmons.
