2015-16: Thomas stepped in to become a key member of the Rams last season...He played in 27 games for the team with 19 starts...He finished the season ith 181 points and 119 rebounds, averaging 6.7 points and 4.4 rebounds per game...His best effort of the season came against Elizabeth City State when he scored 14 points to tie for the team-high along with eight rebounds....He also had 13 points in games at Livingstone and against Shaw...He pulled in a career-high 10 rebounds against Fayetteville State as well.

Personal: Joined the Rams in the fall of 2015 where he is one of many talented newcomers to the team…He comes to WSSU after spending time at CaldwellTechinical College where he earned numerous honors, including being named an all-state junior college player and earning All-American honors as well…He led his team to the 2011 state championship twice…He is a Sports Management major and the son of Thomas Wilson, Sr. and Denise Gaines.
