2023 Men's Cross Country Roster
Biography
2021-2022: Dahjon continued to progress with the Rams. He ran a season-best (16:21.9) in the 4K at Blue Bear Last Chance, resulting in 3rd place at the meet. He also ran a 32:14.6 in the 8K at JWU Wildcat XC Classic.
2020: Rams did not compete during the 2020 season due to concerns regarding COVID-19.
2019: Dahjon had a strong freshman season with the Rams. He made a steady progression throughout the season to become a solid performer for the team. He opened the season with a 35:50.8 at the Fleet Feet Cross Country Invitational. He followed that effort with his second best time of the season when he ran a 33:48.2 at the Adidas Winthop Invitational He finished the season with a personal best 32:38.0 at the 2019 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Men's Cross Country Championship.
Personal: Dahjon joined the Rams in the fall of 2019. He came to Winston-Salem State University after graduating from Westover High School where he competed in track & field. He was a state qualifier in the boys 800m run.
