Biography
2022: Issac ran in every meet for the Rams this season. His best meet was at the Livingstone Invitational where he finished in 15th place with a time of 35:41.5
2021: Issac ended the season with his best race (17:20.4) in the 4K at Blue Bear Last Chance, which resulted in 4th place. He also competed in the 8K race at St. Augustine’s Tri Meet, recording a time of 35:52.7
2020: Rams did not compete during the 2020 season due to concerns regarding COVID-19.
2019: Isaac had a solid freshman season with the Rams. He opened the season with a 35:56.5 at the Fleet Feet Cross Country Invitational. He followed the effort with a 36:21.7 at the Adidas/Winthrop Cross Country Invitational. His best time of the season came at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational where he ran a personal best 30:16.9. He closed the season with a 35:12.3 at the 2019 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Men's Cross Country Championship.
Personal: Isaac joined the Rams in the fall of 2019. He came to Winston-Salem State University as a graduate of Mount Airy High School where he competed in track & field.
