Winston-Salem State University

Richard took the reins of the Winston-Salem State University golf team in the spring of 2020. After years of service to the university in its facilities department, Guy will add his knowledge to leading the Rams golf program.

Guy is no stranger to Winston-Salem State University as he has been a part of the WSSU facilities department for 13 years. He currently serves as a maintenance supervisor for the university. While at WSSU, Guy has made a name for himself on the golf course with several top finishes in the annual WSSU Golf Classic, including being a part of the first place team in men’s flight two in the 2018 event. Prior to joining the Winston-Salem State University family, Guy served in the United States Air Force.

He is married to the former Angela Felder. They are the proud parents of Evan and Hannah Guy.
