2025: Makayla played in 31 games starting 30 for the Rams finishing the season with a .379 batting average. She recorded 27 runs on 36 hits with 12 doubles, three triples and four home runs with 31 RBIs. She was ranked second in the league with doubles. She also recorded 31 put-outs and 54 assists. She was named to the CIAA All-Rookie Team, was named CIAA Rookie of the Week once this season.

Personal: Makayla joined the Rams in the fall of 2024…she is from Knightdale, North Carolina and majoring in psychology… she attended East Wake High School and transferred from Bowie State University…in high school she finished the season off with a .558 batting average, .612 on base percentage and was named MVP, she also received academic honors…her career aspirations include working in a hospital and medical field…someone she admires is her old teammate Jayla…her hobbies include cooking, painting, and softball…she roots for UNC basketball, Texas softball…her favorite athletes are RJ Davis and Jenae Jefferson…her favorite movie is the Little Mermaid…favorite actor is Paul Walker and Vin Diesel…favorite meal is chicken nuggets and favorite musician is Youngboy
