2020: Shauntaja was off to a solid senior season with the Rams before it was cut short. She played in 16 of the team's 18 games. She finished the shortened season with a .350 batting average after 14 hits in 40 at bats with 10 runs scored and nine RBI. Her best game of the season came against Alderson Broaddus when she went three-for-four with a run scored and two RBI. 

2019: Shauntaja had a great junior season for the Rams…She played in 38 games with 37 starts…She finished the season with a 340 batting average…She recorded 33 hits in 97 at-bats for the Rams…She had 30 runs scored with 33 RBI…She had three doubles, two triples, and 10 home runs…She was 13-of-15 on stolen bases…Defensively, she had a .944 fielding percentage with 30 putouts with four assists and two fielding errors....For her efforts, she was a first team All-CIAA selection.

Personal: Shauntaja joined the Rams in the fall of 2018…She comes to Winston-Salem State after playing at John A. Logan College…She is a 2016 graduate of Carbondale Community High School where she was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)…In college, she earned both all-region and all-conference honors as well as a spot on the all-tournament team…She is a Sports Management major.
