Personal: Jakiya Mack is an Accounting major from Greenville, South Carolina and attended J.L. Mann High School. Her parents are Odell and Betty Mack. Formerly named CIAA Women’s Rookie of the Year, as a senior, she serves as one of the Rams’ starting guards. Favorite hobbies are reading and journaling. Favorite movie is the Maze Runner. Favorite meal is lasagna. Favorite artist is Lil Baby.

2022-2023: Jakaiya made a huge impact her freshman year with the Rams starting 15 games this season. She averaged 6 points per game and 2.1 assists. She was ranked first in the CIAA in steals, averaging 2.9 steals per game. Jakaiya was named the CIAA Women's Basketball Rookie Player of the Week for week one. She totaled 9 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and three steals in a 1-1 weekend for the Rams. She had nine points, five rebounds, and two steals in her first collegiate game, which came against Fairmont State. The freshman added a team-high seven boards, plus two assists, and a steal in the 66-65 win over Concord. She was named the CIAA Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week for week eight after leading the Rams with a season-high 18 points in the victory over Claflin that week. The Greenville, South Carolina native also had two rebounds, three assists, and three steals on the night while shooting 7-for-10 from the field. With these efforts, Jakaiya was named to the CIAA All-Rookie Team.

2023-2024: Jakaiya Mack played 15 games, starting in 12, averaging 23 minutes. Mack averaged 8 points per game, was 45% FG, and 57% FT.

2024-25: Jakaiya Mack played 27 games, starting in 18, averaging 20.8 minutes per game. She totaled 199 points, 91 rebounds, 42 assists, and 61 steals.

2025-26: Jakaiya played 32 games, starting in all 32, averaging 25.4 minutes per game. She averaged 6.6 points per game with 56.6% FT. In total, she had 211 points, 144 rebounds, 34 assists, and 83 steals.
