Biography
2023-2024: Taniah Wilkins played 28 games and started 18, and was averaging 20 minutes per game. Wilkins averaged 5 points a game, 43% FG.
2022-23: Taniah started all 24 games for the Rams this season. The sophomore averaged 8.3 points per game and was ranked fifth in rebounding, averaging 7.2 per game. Wilkins was named CIAA Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the week for week eight after recording a double-double of 11 points and 11 rebounds against Glenville State University.
Personal: Taniah joined the Rams in the fall of 2020. She came to Winston-Salem State University after graduating from High Point Academy where she had a great career. She was a three-time all-state selection and a four-time all-region selection. She was also named Area Player of the Year in 2018-19. She is a Communications major and she is the daughter of Tameisha Singfield and Tyronn Wilkins.
