Personal: Zion Duncan is a Sport Management major from Charlotte, North Carolina and attended Stuart Carmer High School. Her parents are Eric and Joy Duncan. She is a transfer from Allen University. As the starting forward in high school, Zion was a 2-time state champion, 4-time Regional Player of the Year, 4-time All-Conference Player of the Year. She completed high school with a career high of 31 points, 25 rebounds, and averaged 13 double doubles. At Allen University, Zion was ranked fourth in blocks within the SIAC conference. Favorite athlete is Candace Parker. Favorite hobbies are cooking, shopping, cleaning, and self-care. Favorite professional team are the Dallas Cowboys. Favorite artist is Mariah the Scientist.

At Allen:
2023-24: Zion played in 20 games with 17 starts, averaging 18.4 minutes, she finished 18 for 36 from the free throw line, 40 offensive rebounds, 83 defensive rebounds (123) 8 assists, 6 steals and 26 blocks.

At WSSU:
2024-25: Zion Duncan played 20 games. staring in one, while averaging 6.4 minutes per game. She totaled 38 points and 34 rebounds. 

2025-26: Zion played 7 games, averaging 2.9 minutes per game. She averaged 0.9 points per game. In total, she had 6 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 assist.
