Biography

2021: Elizabeth ran a season-best 24:04.3 in the 5K at the CIAA Cross Country Championship. She also ran the 1000m in the Winston-Salem College Kick-off, where she recorded a time of 3:52.84.

2020: The 2020 season was canceled due to concerns regarding COVID-19.

Personal: Graduated from Colonial Forge High School, where she competed in Cross Country & Indoor Track & Field.
