2021: Tamia capped off her season with an 8th place finish in the 5K race at the CIAA Cross Country Championship with a time of 21:23.5
2020: The 2020 season was canceled due to concerns regarding COVID-19.
2019: Tamia finished her season with a 5th place finish in the 5K race at the CIAA Cross Country Championship with a time of 21:18.6.
Personal: Tamia joined the Rams in the fall of 2018...She comes to Winston-Salem State after a season at New Mexico Highlands University...She is a Pre-Nursing major...She is the daughter of Suzette Williams.
