2020 Women's Cross Country
Biography
2019: Keyona completed her first full season with the Rams cross country team. She competed in all six meets of the season for the Rams. She opened the season with a 24:23.8 at the Fleet Feet Cross Country Invitational. She also ran a 23:48.5 at the Adidas Cross Country Invitational. Her best time of the season came at the 2019 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women's Cross Country Championship when she ran a 22:15.4.
Personal: Keyona joined the Rams in the fall of 2016...She is a graduate of Riverside High School where she was named her team MVP...She is a Healthcare Management major and she is the daughter of Collette and Sedrick Johnson.
