2024:  Tinasia placd 3rd at the Livingstone XC invitational with a time of 21:15.0 and competed in 6 meets 


2022-23(outdoor): She finished with a 4th place placement in the 5k at the Livingstone XC Invitational with a time of 22:10.7

2021: Competed in the 5K race, recording a season-best (22:13.2) at the CIAA Cross Country Championship. She also competed for the indoor/outdoor track team. 

Personal: Graduated from Harnett Central High School, where she was a standout on the Track & Field team.
