2022-23(indoor): Aaliyah finished her sophmore season with a 14th place placement at the JDL Early Bird Invitational in the 60 with a time of 8.47, she had a PR in the 200 with a time of 29.51 and a PR in the 60 with a time of 8.47.
2021-22- Ran a time of 13.78 in the 100 of the Aggie Classic and a time of 30.17 in the 200. Helped the Rams win the 2022 Outdoor CIAA Championship.
Personal: From Spartanburg, South Carolina, majoring in biology... was a sprinter in high school and was a part of the All-State 4X1 team in 2017 and 2018, broke the school record in 2018 in the 4X100 and was Regional Champs in 2017, 2018, 2019...she also played basketball all four years in high school....future plans include becoming dermatologists...the person she admires most is her coach...hobbies include writing and reading...favorite pro team is the Cowboys...favorite athlete is Kyrie Irving...favorite book is The Hate You Give... favorite movie is Poetic Justice...favorite actress is Angela Basset..favorite meal is chicken and rice and gravy and macaroni...favorite musician is Aalyiah...memorable experience/fun fact: was named after the singer Aaliyah as that was the last concert her mom went to right before the artist passed away.
