2024: Allysa competed in 7 meets this season. Her best placement was at the Bast-Cregger Multi Invitational in the 4x400 with a time of 4.13.25 earning her 3rd place.
2023-2024: During the indoor season Allysa participated in the CIAA championship where she ran the 60 and participated in long jump.She ran 7.92 in the 60 and jumped a 5.34m.She also competed in the USC invitational were jumped a 5.11m in the long jump.In the outdoor season she competed in the Sharonda Coleman-singleton invitational where she ran the 4x100 clocking in at 46.75 and placing 1st
