2024: During the indoor season Asia competed in throwing in the CIAA indoor championship she competed in shot put throwing a 11.89m she also competed in the VMI winter relays and Camel city invitational were she threw an 11.46m and 11.47m.In the outdoor season she competed shot put and discus.At the CIAA outdoor championship compete in both events throwing a 11.71m in shot put placing 7th and a 39.84m in the discus throw placing 3rd . She also computed in the Sharonda Coleman -Singleton classic where she threw a 40.09.in the discus throw placing 2nd 
 
2022-23: Asia finished her season with a 2nd place placement in shock put at the 2023 COROS Collegiate Challenge with a distance of
12.59m, And a 2nd place placement in DT at the 2023 Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a distance of 41.48m.

2021-2022 (Indoor): Asia Lampe finished her indoor season with a 4th place finish in the women’s shot put at the 2022 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championship with an 11.34m (37’2.5”) throw. Her best throw of the season came at the Winter Relays when she recorded a 12.00m (39’4.5) throw.

Personal: Asia joined the Rams in the fall of 2020. She is a graduate of Hickory Ridge High School where she was honored as the team thrower MVP. She was also a member of the team that won a conference championship. She also competed in basketball. She is the daughter of Patricia and Edward Lampe.
